Hi, I am Kim. Like many people in the Cincinnati area, I am a transplant resident. I am originally from the Indianapolis area and have been in the Tri-State area since 2010. I became a Realtor because of my passion for helping people and for Real Estate. I understand that finding a new home can be exciting and scary at times, and that is where I help the most. I work hard to make the transaction easy for my clients so that they can just sit back, relax and prepare for enjoying their new home.
Being a Realtor, was a long time dream of mine and I have worked hard to accomplish this dream. I am now licensed in the Tri-State area and serve clients in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. I love helping clients pursue their dreams of becoming home owners. Rather they are first time buyers, seasoned buyers, investors, empty-nesters looking to downsize or being relocated to the area, I can help with all processes throughout the transaction. From working with a loan officer, getting pre-qualified for a purchase, touring homes and to the closing table. I am here for my clients for the whole process.
